Obviously a buyer is the individual who is buying a particular property but many estate agents will talk about buyers as meaning applicants who are seriously intending to buy a property. If we know precisely what a prospective buyer wants, we try to telephone as soon as anything suitable comes to our attention, or perhaps send you a SMS.
